I believe what One Nation stands for is great because it is a alternative to voting for other main political parties. I dont think that in any way, Ms Hanson is a racist, she has realist veiws and some people that perceive her as racist are one sided. I feel sorry for Ms Hanson who is continually hounded by the non-supporters every time something happen. She started up a party because she knew what people wanted. If you dont like her then vote for her. And if you manage to waste your time slaging her off on a website then oversally you dont have a life.

i am just a Uni student in Queensland. and i just want to express my feelings and opinions about Pauline Hanson.

i am not Australian. i am an Asian student. i feel terribly sorry about how the Australians feel about the immigrants from all over the world. yes, some Australians might not be able to express their feelings and voice out their concerns, and i am sure that some Australians do not like too many immigrants from overseas, but now Pauline Hanson has stood up and spoke for the Australians.

i am not sure what to tell Pauline. i just hope that she will not hate the Asians. i also feel embarrased by the crimes commmitted by the Asians and the perceptage of business owned by the Asian people here in Australia. they really should not have done that because this is not their home anyway. they are just trying to compete with the local Aussies for work, social welfares etc.

i am not sure what can be done about the immigrations policies, but i think the government should impose more strict rules about immigrant policies. if the government does not do something, then more people will think that it is easy to come to Australia.

however, on the other hand, i wish to tell Pauline that it is really not true that multiculturalism will erode the culture of the Australians.

think about it... whoever comes to Australia should have a certain degree of English proficiency...in fact, the Aussies or most of the European people do not need to take up or speak second language in their daily lives. but most of the non-European people need to take up English as a very important language because it is still considered the most widely spoken language around the world. tourists who come to Asia expect us to speak English. but when travellers come to Astralia, you do not have the problems because most of the travellers will speak English.

so, i do not think that your culture will be threatened by other races. i mean, our culture has been eroded b the European language already..but, who really voice out for us anyway?

and Pauline kept on saying that most of the immigrants are Asians. does that imply that non-Asians (the white people) are more welcome than the Asians? Pauline, please be fair. if you are talking about immigrants, you should be talking about the 'whole' group, not just specifically talking about one group of people. Americans, British or any other European immigrants do not share any kind of similar beliefs with the Aussies, why doesn't Pauline condemn these people?

anyway, i still admire Pauline's courage to speak up for the Aussies. but i am sure she does not give everyone a fair go in terms of immigrant issues.

After reading the letters on your site, I'm convinced that the only people who are against you are the immigrants or the people on welfare (dole bludgers).
The dole bludgers, the immigrants and the aboriginals wouldn't want to vote you into office because they might have to get off their a---s and do some work, but you don't have to worry too much about them because most of them are not even registered to vote, as they are too lazy to be bothered.
These people have a great life at the moment, we work and pay taxes, so they can do nothing but run up telstra bills, eat McDonalds, surf and cruise around the country at our expense. They don't have to do a damn thing except fill out forms and get handed money.
The same goes for the illegal immigrants.
And exactly why are we paying billions of dollars for these illegal boat people to live the life of Riley? I don't understand why it is our responsibity to support these people, we didn't ask them to come here, we have plenty of poor people in this country that could do with some help.

Down with the do-gooders and up with you Pauline. If I can do anything to help I would be happy to do it. This country needs someone like you to get it back on track.

Oh,I feel sorry for all would be claimers of being aboriginal out there. When I was young an abo was a fine, hard-working person of very dark colour. A person who would greet you with" Hello Mate" with his big white "pearlies' smiling at you. They were the good old days when people got off there backsides and worked side by side.

Now you have people who wouldn't have 5% dark skin in them and claim to be aboriginal. Tell me, how is it that when a black person and a white person conceive a child in this country now the child is automatically an aborigine. I thought 50% of anything was neutral.
