Synopsis
Two bumbling idiots journey to find a carbon tax. Along the way, they encounter a variety of people including angry constituents whose neighborhood they trashed, radical union members, racist party members, a cult of climate-warming alarmists, and a political party intent on raising taxes to save the world from global warming.
