Founded in June 2010, Lanzhou Xingrong Environment Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Drainage Co., Ltd. With employees of 47, the company is situated within the Qilihe Anning Sewage Treatment Plant, No. 411 North Binhe West Road, Anning District, Lanzhou City. It is mainly engaged in investment, financing, operation and management of sewage treatment plant, environmental protection, water service, municipal infrastructure, and manufacturing, development and sales of municipal infrastructure, and environmental protection, water service-related products.
On September 21, 2010, Qilihe Anning Sewage Treatment Plant was officially transferred in the TOT model, and was operated by Lanzhou Xingrong Environment Development Co., Ltd. with concession period persisting for 30 years. Covering a total area of over 226 mu, the plant is designed with daily sewage treatment capacity of 200,000 cubic meters. The plant serves 500,000 people living in an area of 42km2. It was comprehensively completed by the end of 2006 and put into trial operation in May 2008.
In the plant, the cyclic activated sludge system (A2/O) process is adopted in sewage treatment while concentration and mechanical dehydration are conducted in sludge treatment. Qilihe Anning Sewage Treatment Plant is built with range of facilities, including 2 circular settling tanks, 4 sets of biological cycle aeration tanks, 8 radial-flow sedimentation tanks, 2 reflux pump wells, 1 contact tank and 2 blower rooms; and 1 sludge treatment house comprising pump room, screw conveyor room, sludge dewatering room and 2 sludge equalization tanks.
Since the establishment, Lanzhou Xingrong Environment Development Co., Ltd. has operated businesses in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations on environmental protection, production and environmental protection facilities operating normally. In addition, the company has carried out all business activities observing strictly laws and regulations related to environmental protection and sewage treatment, and any corresponding administrative penalty has not occurred yet.
